My name is Danny. I am a Texas Wine Blogger and Wine Enthusiast. I have a WSET Level 1 Award in Wines and I enjoy journaling my tasting notes and collecting wine labels. I also enjoy creating delicious meals and pairing it with a nice glass of wine. This blog will be all about wine: my adventures at different wineries, my tasting notes and my pairing suggestions.
